At Pavline, we value our customers and aim to provide the best quality products. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

By placing an order on Pavline, you agree to the terms below.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • The item includes original tags and packaging

  • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or washed t-shirts

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling


3. Size Exchange Policy

If you receive the wrong size or need a size exchange:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • Customers may need to bear shipping charges for exchanges


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective t-shirt, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos or unboxing video proof

We will provide a replacement or refund after verification.


5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method via Razorpay/Stripe


6. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are:

  • Covered by Pavline only if the item is defective or incorrect

  • Otherwise, borne by the customer
