By placing an order on Pavline, you agree to the terms below.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

The item includes original tags and packaging

Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Used or washed t-shirts

Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)

Products damaged due to customer mishandling
3. Size Exchange Policy
If you receive the wrong size or need a size exchange:

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days

Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Customers may need to bear shipping charges for exchanges
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective t-shirt, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos or unboxing video proof
We will provide a replacement or refund after verification.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method via Razorpay/Stripe
6. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are:

Covered by Pavline only if the item is defective or incorrect

Otherwise, borne by the customer
